For the Academic year beginning 2010, here are the term dates. Any extra dates will be added later on in the year. A copy of this will be posted in every Common Room.

1st September - Be on the Hogwarts Express
2nd September - Beginning of Term 1
31st October - Day off for Halloween
16th November - End of Term 1 - 1 week holiday for members

23rd November - Be back at Hogwarts and report in the 'Register' thread with your name and the date.
10th December - Christmas Decorations Day - board closed
20th December - Christmas Break. Feel free to wish any members a merry Xmas!
21st December - Start of Yule Ball
25th December - End of Yule Ball

8th January - Be on the Hogwarts Express
9th January - Beginning of Term 3
12th February - start of the IHC. Please attend meeting in the Great Hall today to sort out competitiors.
12th April - 2 week break for Easter. Feel free to wish Lauren happy birthday on the 14th and Jade on the 22nd!
6th May - First Task
